Common use of Transport Allowance Clause in Contracts

Transport Allowance. An employee employed as a shiftworker at an airport will be paid a transport allowance per the rates shown in table 2119.1 for each ordinary shift worked which commences or finishes after 7.00p.m. and before 7.00a.m.

Transport Allowance. An employee General a) Employees shall receive a transport allowance at the rate of $7.43 per shift when employed as a shiftworker shift-worker at airports on an airport will be paid a transport allowance per the rates shown in table 2119.1 for each ordinary shift worked which commences or finishes after 7.00p.m. and 1900 hours or before 7.00a.m0700 hours. b) The transport allowance shall also apply to all employees at airports who by working overtime immediately before or after an ordinary rostered shift or ordinary hours may actually commence or finish work after 1900 hours or before 0700 hours.

Transport Allowance. An employee employed as a shiftworker shift worker at an airport will be paid a transport allowance per the rates shown in table 2119.1 of $10.47 for each ordinary shift worked which commences or finishes after 7.00p.m. 7.00 p.m. and before 7.00a.m7.00 a.m. An employee employed at an airport will be paid a transport allowance of $10.47 if the employee works overtime between 7.00 p.m. and 7.00 a.m. and the overtime is continuous with their normal hours of duty. An employee is not entitled to a transport allowance if the employee is provided with transport; or the employee is reimbursed for transport.

Transport Allowance. An 23.8.1 If an employee is employed as a shiftworker shift worker at airports on an airport will be paid a transport allowance per the rates shown in table 2119.1 for each ordinary shift worked which commences or finishes after 7.00p.m. 7.00 pm and before 7.00a.m7.00 am; or works overtime immediately before or after an ordinary rostered shift or ordinary hours at airports and actually commences or finishes work after 7.00 pm and before 7.00 am; the employee must be paid an allowance per shift/occasion as set out in the table above. This allowance is not payable if the employee is supplied with Company transport or receives reimbursement for transport.

Transport Allowance. a An employee employed as a shiftworker at an airport allowance of $7.72 will be paid a transport allowance per the rates shown in table 2119.1 to Employees at airports for each ordinary shift worked which commences or finishes after 7.00p.m. 7.00 p.m. and before 7.00a.m7.00 am (other than day shift). b The allowance of $7.72 will also apply to airport employees who work overtime between 7.00 p.m. and 7.00 am provided such overtime is continuous with their normal hours of duty. c Payment of the allowance will not be made to employees supplied with transport or who are paid transport reimbursement.

An employee is not entitled to a transport allowance if the employee is provided with transport; or the employee is reimbursed for transport.
