Transmission of Personal Information. You agree and acknowledge that any personal information sent through INTERAC e- Transfer Services by you, whether you are a Sender, Recipient or Requester, shall be your responsibility, and we shall not be liable for any cost, expense, loss, damage, or inconvenience for any violation of applicable privacy laws or regulations, as the case may be, and for certainty, you further agree that any transfer of personal information through INTERAC e-Transfer Services shall be in accordance with the Conexus Privacy Code, Privacy Online policy and any applicable privacy laws or regulations.
Transmission of Personal Information. 7.01 BCT will transmit the Personal Information to The Requestor or its Authorized Personnel in the manner, format and frequency specified in Appendix B. BCT in its sole discretion may change the manner, format or frequency of transmittal of the Personal Information upon written notice to The Requestor.
Transmission of Personal Information. Your use of the Application will involve the transmission of your Personal Information to third party service provider(s). In view of your right to provide consent for the transmission of your personal information, You consent to the transmission of such information through the Application and represent that such consent shall be effective each time You use the Application. You hereby agree that We reserve the right to request for further information from You pertaining to your access or use of the Application. The transmission, use and/or analysis of your personal data or information shall be processed by Us in accordance with the Nigeria Data Protection Regulation 2019 as may be amended from time to time and any other data protection regulation in force.
Transmission of Personal Information. In the event this Agreement or applicable Services, SOW or PO requires Service Provider to transmit to AbbVie any Personal Information that was not Processed by Service Provider exclusively for or on behalf of AbbVie, Service Provider represents and warrants that the Processing and transmission of such Personal Information was and is compliant with all applicable laws, Service Provider’s own applicable terms of use and privacy policy(ies), and the notices provided to and consents obtained from the individuals whose Personal Information is being transmitted. This information is confidential to AbbVie.

APPENDIX C Pledge of Confidentiality Complete, save and print a copy of the “Pledge of Confidentiality” form for each individual listed in Appendix A to this agreement. I, solemnly declare that I will not disclose any Personal Information released to The Requestor as governed by the FOIPPA and by the BCT except as expressly authorized in writing by a representative of BCT. I acknowledge that I have read and will abide by the terms and conditions included in this Agreement between The Requestor and the BCT dated of , 20 for the use and security of the Personal Information. I make this declaration knowing it is of the same legal force and effect as if made under oath.
