Transitional Work. Prior to the employee becoming medically 18 stationary, the Employer may make a bona fide offer of 19 transitional modified work suitable to the employee’s capabilities. 20 The employee must accept such an offer within two (2) working 21 days. The employee will be compensated at his/her regular rate 22 of pay for the transitional modified work.
