Common use of Transitional Agreement Clause in Contracts

Transitional Agreement. Buyer shall have entered into a Transitional Agreement, in form and substance reasonably satisfactory to ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇, under which Affiliates of ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ in the Second Tier Radio Market and the Third Tier Radio Markets shall be permitted to use the words "Shadow Traffic" and "Express Traffic", and certain agreed upon intellectual property and other programming materials included in the Assets, in connection with their Local Content Radio Programming Business in the Second and Third Tier Radio Markets.
