TRANSITION TRIAL SPECIFICS Clause Samples
The "Transition Trial Specifics" clause defines the terms and conditions governing the conduct of a trial period during the transition from one service provider or system to another. It typically outlines the duration of the trial, the specific services or deliverables to be tested, performance benchmarks, and the criteria for evaluating success or failure. For example, it may specify that the new provider must meet certain uptime or quality standards over a 30-day period before full transition occurs. This clause ensures that both parties have a clear understanding of expectations during the transition, reducing the risk of service disruption and providing a structured process for evaluating the new arrangement before making it permanent.
