The Validation Exercise for each Process shall be conducted following the Commencement Date and conclude prior to the Process Take On Date. The Validation Exercise shall consist of validation of the Baseline, volumetrics, resource requirements, cost, Services, Third Party Contracts and Service Levels. This data shall be verified and adjusted, as agreed by both parties, for each Process prior to the relevant Process Take On Date in accordance with the Country Transition Schedule. In the event that the Country Representatives fail to reach agreement, such failure shall be resolved in the informal dispute resolution process as detailed in Clause 29.1 of the Country Agreement. The final form of the Transition Schedule and the Detailed Work Plan will be developed and agreed between the parties, [***]*.
