Transit Traffic Service. 7.3.1 PriCellular shall exercise all reasonable efforts to enter into a reciprocal local traffic exchange arrangement (either via written agreement, including an IntraLATA Telecommunications Services Settlement Agreement (“ITORP Agreement"), or mutual Tariffs) with any other wireless carrier, ITC, CLEC, or other LEC to which it sends, or from which it receives, Local Traffic that transits BA facilities over Type 1 Line Side Facilities or Type 2A Trunks. To the extent PriCellular does not have such arrangements in effect as of the Effective Date, BA shall not be obligated to collect PriCellular's termination charges from any other wireless carrier, ITC, CLEC, or other LEC with whom PriCellular has not entered into a reciprocal local traffic exchange arrangement as provided above. If PriCellular fails to enter into such an arrangement following the Effective Date and to provide copies thereof to BA, but continues to utilize BA’s Transit Traffic Service for the exchange of local traffic with such wireless carrier, ITC, CLEC, or other LEC, PriCellular shall, in addition to paying the rate set forth in Exhibit A for said Transit Traffic Service, pay BA any charges or costs such terminating third party carrier imposes or levies on BA for the delivery or termination of such Traffic, including any switched access charges, plus all reasonable expenses incurred by BA in delivering or terminating such Traffic and/or resulting from PriCellular’s failure to secure said reciprocal local traffic exchange arrangement. BA will, upon request, provide PriCellular with all reasonable cooperation and assistance in obtaining reciprocal local traffic exchange arrangements. PriCellular will not pay for Transit Service, or any other charges or expenses, for any calls PriCellular does not deliver to BA. The Parties agree to work cooperatively in appropriate industry fora to promote the adoption of reasonable industry guidelines relating to Transit Traffic.

Transit traffic is traffic originating on one carrier’s network that is switched and transported by the other Party and terminates on a third carrier’s network. Rates for local transit traffic shall be the applicable call transport and termination charges as set forth in Exhibit A to this Attachment. Rates for intraLATA toll and Switched Access transit traffic shall be the applicable call transport and termination rates as set forth in the providing Party’s Interstate or Intrastate Switched Access tariffs. Billing associated with all transit traffic shall be pursuant to MECAB procedures. Wireless Type 1 traffic shall not be treated as transit traffic from a routing or billing perspective. Wireless Type 2A traffic shall not be treated as transit traffic from a routing or billing perspective until BellSouth and the Wireless carrier have the capability to properly meet-point-xxxx in accordance with MECAB guidelines.
Transit Traffic Service. 5.8.1 AT&T shall provide tandem switching and transport services for SouthEast’s Transit Traffic. Transit traffic is traffic originating on SouthEast’s network that is switched and/or transported by AT&T and delivered to a third party’s network, or traffic originating on a third Party’s network that is switched and/or transported by AT&T and delivered to SouthEast’s network. Rates for local and ISP-bound Transit Traffic that originates from a SouthEast end user shall be the applicable Call Transport and Termination charges as set forth in Exhibit A to this Attachment. Rates for intraLATA toll and Switched Access Transit Traffic that originates from a SouthEast end user shall be the applicable charges as set forth in AT&T Interstate or Intrastate Switched Access tariffs. Switched Access Transit Traffic presumes that SouthEast’s end office is subtending the AT&T Access Tandem for switched access traffic to and from SouthEast’s end users utilizing AT&T facilities, either by direct trunks with the IXC, or via the AT&T Access Tandem. Billing associated with all Transit Traffic shall be pursuant to MECAB guidelines. Pursuant to these guidelines, the Initial Billing Company shall provide summary usage data, for all originating and terminating Transit Traffic, to all Subsequent Billing Companies. Traffic between SouthEast and Wireless Type 1 third parties shall not be treated as Transit Traffic from a routing or billing perspective. Traffic between SouthEast and Wireless Type 2A or UNE-CLEC third parties shall not be treated as Transit Traffic from a routing or billing perspective until AT&T and the Wireless carrier or UNE-CLEC third party have the capability to properly meet-point-bill in accordance with MECAB guidelines. Transit traffic is traffic originating on Knology's network that is switched and/or transported by BellSouth and delivered to a third party's network, or traffic originating on a third Party's network that is switched and/or transported by BellSouth and delivered to Knology's network. Rates for local Transit Traffic shall be the applicable call transport and termination charges as set forth in Exhibit A to this Attachment. Rates for intraLATA toll and Switched Access Transit Traffic shall be the applicable call transport and termination charges as set forth in BellSouth Interstate or Intrastate Switched Access tariffs. Switched Access Transit Traffic presumes that Knology's end office is subtending the BellSouth Access Tandem for switched access traffic to and from Knology's end users utilizing BellSouth facilities, either by direct trunks with the IXC, or via the BellSouth Access Tandem. Billing associated with all Transit Traffic shall be pursuant to Multiple Exchange Carrier Access Billing (MECAB) guidelines. Pursuant to these guidelines, the Initial Billing Company shall provide summary usage data, for all originating and terminating Transit Traffic, to all Subsequent Billing Companies. Traffic between Knology and Wireless Type 1 third parties shall not be treated as Transit Traffic from a routing or billing perspective. Traffic between Knology and Wireless Type 2A or UNE-CLEC third parties shall not be treated as Transit Traffic from a routing or billing perspective until BellSouth and the Wireless carrier or UNE-CLEC third party have the capability to properly meet-point-xxxx in accordance with MECAB guidelines.
Transit Traffic Service. 10.1 Transit Traffic Service is defined as the tandem switching, transport and delivery by one Party of (1) Local Traffic, IntraLATA Toll Traffic and InterLATA Toll Traffic originated from the other Party and terminating to a third party carrier, and (2) Local Traffic, IntraLATA Toll Traffic and InterLATA Toll Traffic originated from a third party carrier and terminating to the other Party. The Parties shall provide Transit Traffic Service to ITC/\DeltaCom in accordance with this Section 10. Rates for Transit Traffic Service for Local Traffic shall be the applicable call transport and termination charges for Local Traffic, as set forth in Attachment 11 to this Agreement. Rates for Transit Traffic Service for IntraLATA Toll Traffic and InterLATA Toll Traffic (i.e., Switched Access Traffic) shall be the applicable call transport and termination charges as set forth in the providing Party's Intrastate or Interstate switched access tariff, as filed and effective with the FCC or appropriate State Commission. Billing associated with all Transit Traffic Service shall be pursuant to MECAB procedures. Wireless Type 1 traffic shall not be treated as transit traffic from a routing or billing perspective. Wireless Type 2A traffic from a third Party carrier to ITC/\DeltaCom shall not be treated as transit traffic from a routing or billing perspective until the transiting Party and the wireless carrier have the capability to meet point xxxx properly in accordance with MECAB guidelines. Where ITC/\DeltaCom has a direct connection (via a cross connect between collocation spaces in a BellSouth central office or otherwise) to a third party carrier, ITC/\DeltaCom and that third party carrier shall not utilize Transit Traffic Service from BellSouth.

  • Network Access Control The VISION Web Site and the Distribution Support Services Web Site (the “DST Web Sites”) are protected through multiple levels of network controls. The first defense is a border router which exists at the boundary between the DST Web Sites and the Internet Service Provider. The border router provides basic protections including anti-spoofing controls. Next is a highly available pair of stateful firewalls that allow only HTTPS traffic destined to the DST Web Sites. The third network control is a highly available pair of load balancers that terminate the HTTPS connections and then forward the traffic on to one of several available web servers. In addition, a second highly available pair of stateful firewalls enforce network controls between the web servers and any back-end application servers. No Internet traffic is allowed directly to the back-end application servers. The DST Web Sites equipment is located and administered at DST’s Winchester data center. Changes to the systems residing on this computer are submitted through the DST change control process. All services and functions within the DST Web Sites are deactivated with the exception of services and functions which support the transfer of files. All ports on the DST Web Sites are disabled, except those ports required to transfer files. All “listeners,” other than listeners required for inbound connections from the load balancers, are deactivated. Directory structures are “hidden” from the user. Services which provide directory information are also deactivated.

  • Specific Services Contractor agrees to furnish the following services: Contractor shall provide the services described in Exhibit “A”. No additional services shall be performed by Contractor unless approved in advance in writing by the County stating the dollar value of the services, the method of payment, and any adjustment in contract time or other contract terms. All such services are to be coordinated with County and the results of the work shall be monitored by the Health and Human Services Agency Director or his or her designee.

  • Utility Services Company agrees to pay the full cost and expense associated with its use of all utilities, including but not limited to water, sanitary sewer, electric, storm drainage, and telecommunication services.

  • Electrical Service Electrical service for new construction or a renovated existing building shall be 480/277-volt, 3-phase, 4-wire or approved equal. Service shall be sized for HVAC and other mechanical system(s) loads, lighting, general building services, and dedicated computer based office equipment loads. 5 xxxxx per square foot shall be provided for lighting and general service receptacles. Size of neutral conductor of 3- phase circuits shall be twice that of phase conductor to accommodate potential harmonic currents associated with computer system electronic power supplies and fluorescent lighting fixtures electronic ballasts. An adequately sized 3 phase “wye” wound step down transformer shall be provided to supply 208/120-volt, 3 phase power, for lighting, general service receptacles and dedicated computer based office equipment. Dedicated, isolated ground circuits shall be supplied from separate isolated ground power distribution panel(s). Lighting circuits shall be supplied from separate lighting panel(s). Panels shall have 20% spare capacity and be complete with 10% spare breakers of each size, but no less than 1 spare. No more than 4 duplex receptacles shall be connected to any single 20-amp dedicated isolated ground circuit or general service circuit.

  • Utility Service Tenant shall pay the cost of all utility services, including, but not limited to, initial connection charges and all charges for gas, water, and electricity used on the Leased Premises. If the Leased Premises are separately metered, Tenant shall pay such costs directly to the appropriate utility company. Otherwise, Tenant shall pay such costs pursuant to Paragraph 6(b) above. Tenant shall pay all costs caused by Tenant introducing excessive pollutants into the sanitary sewer system, including permits, fees and charges levied by any governmental subdivision for any pollutants or solids other than ordinary human waste. If Tenant can be clearly identified as being responsible for obstructions or stoppage of the common sanitary sewage line, the Tenant shall pay the entire cost thereof, upon demand, as additional rent. Tenant shall be responsible for the installation and maintenance of any dilution tanks, holding tanks, settling tanks, sewer sampling devices, sand traps, grease traps or similar devices which may be required by the appropriate governmental subdivision for Tenant's use of the sanitary sewer system. Tenant shall also pay all surcharges (i.e. charges in excess of normal charges) levied due to Tenant's abnormal use of sanitary sewer or waste removal services so that no such surcharges shall affect Landlord or other tenants in the Project under Paragraph 6(b) above.

  • Mail Service Interruption If by reason of any interruption of mail service, actual or threatened, any notice to be given to the Trustee would reasonably be unlikely to reach its destination by the time notice by mail is deemed to have been given pursuant to Section 13.3, such notice shall be valid and effective only if delivered at the appropriate address in accordance with Section 13.3.

  • Elevator Service If the Building is equipped with elevators, Landlord, during Normal Business Hours of Building, shall furnish elevator service to Tenant to be used in common with others. At least one elevator shall remain in service during all other hours. Landlord may designate a specific elevator for use as a service elevator.

  • Control Areas Tenant shall be allowed to utilize up to its pro rata share of the Hazardous Materials inventory within any control area or zone (located within the Premises), as designated by the applicable building code, for chemical use or storage. As used in the preceding sentence, Tenant’s pro rata share of any control areas or zones located within the Premises shall be determined based on the rentable square footage that Tenant leases within the applicable control area or zone. For purposes of example only, if a control area or zone contains 10,000 rentable square feet and 2,000 rentable square feet of a tenant’s premises are located within such control area or zone (while such premises as a whole contains 5,000 rentable square feet), the applicable tenant’s pro rata share of such control area would be 20%.

  • Access Control Supplier will maintain an appropriate access control policy that is designed to restrict access to Accenture Data and Supplier assets to authorized Personnel. Supplier will require that all accounts have complex passwords that contain letters, numbers, and special characters, be changed at least every 90 days, and have a minimum length of 8 characters.

  • Basic Services The Architect/Engineer’s Basic Services include all disciplines identified in Article 15 and all related usual and customary design, consultant, and other services necessary and reasonably inferable to complete the Project, or any phase of the Project, in accordance with the Owner’s requirements and the terms of this Agreement.
