Common use of Transit Passes Clause in Contracts

Transit Passes. ‌ 143. Part-Time Operators shall be eligible for transit passes on the same basis as Full- Time Operators pursuant to Section 4.3. 144. In the event a Part-Time Operator needs a replacement identification card, SFMTA shall charge the Part-Time Operator a ten-dollar ($10) fee to replace the identification card. SFMTA may waive the fee if the Part-Time Operator produces verifiable proof satisfactory to the SFMTA that the loss or destruction was beyond the Part-Time Operator’s control.
