Common use of Transfers Between Accounts Clause in Contracts

Transfers Between Accounts. Manager has the authority to transfer funds from and between the Enterprise Bank Accounts to the Disbursement Account in order to pay Operating Expenses and to pay debt service and fees to the Developer pursuant to the Development Agreement, to invest funds in Permitted Investments and to pay the Management Fees payable to Manager and distributions to the Capital Replacement Reserve and to the Tribe pursuant to this Agreement.

Transfers Between Accounts. Manager has the authority to transfer funds from and between the Enterprise Bank Accounts to the Disbursement Account Accounts in order to pay Operating Expenses and to pay debt service and fees to the Developer pursuant to the Development AgreementLoans, to invest funds in Permitted Investments accordance with the Enterprise Investment Policy, and to pay the Management Fees payable to Manager and distributions to the Capital Replacement Reserve and to the Tribe Tribal Distributions pursuant to this Agreement, and to make other payments required by Section 5.5 below.

Manager has shall have the authority to transfer funds funds, in accordance with the Budget, from and between the Enterprise Bank Accounts to the Disbursement Account in order to pay Operating Expenses and to pay debt service and fees pursuant to the Developer pursuant to Loan Agreement and Note, the Security and Reimbursement Agreement, the Development Agreement, to invest funds in Permitted Investments accordance with the Enterprise Investment Policy and to pay the Management Fees fees payable to Manager and distributions to the Capital Replacement Reserve and to the Tribe Authority pursuant to this Agreement. All actions of Manager under this section shall be consistent with the terms of the Loan Agreement.

The Manager has the authority to transfer funds from and between the Enterprise Bank Accounts Depository Account to the Disbursement Account in order to pay Operating Expenses and to pay debt service and fees to the Developer pursuant to the Financing Agreements, Development Agreement, to invest funds in Permitted Investments and to pay Construction Agreement and the Management Fees fees payable to Manager and distributions to the Capital Replacement Reserve and to the Tribe pursuant to this Agreement.

Transfers Between Accounts. Manager has the authority to transfer funds from and between the Enterprise Bank Accounts Depository Account to the Disbursement Account in order to pay Operating Expenses and to pay debt service and fees pursuant to the Developer Financing Agreements, amounts payable pursuant to the Development and Construction Agreement, to invest funds in Permitted Investments and to pay the Management Fees fees payable to Manager and distributions to the Capital Replacement Reserve and to the Tribe pursuant to this Agreement.

Transfers Between Accounts. Manager has the authority to transfer funds from and between the Enterprise Bank Accounts to the Disbursement Account in order to pay Operating Expenses and to pay debt service and fees to the Developer pursuant to the Development Agreement, to invest funds in Permitted Investments accordance with any approved investment policy adopted by the Owner and approved by Manager and to pay the Management Fees fees payable to Manager and distributions to the Capital Replacement Reserve and to the Tribe Owner pursuant to this Agreement.
