Common use of Transfers and Exchanges Clause in Contracts

The Warrant Agent shall transfer, from time to time, any outstanding Warrants upon the books to be maintained by the Warrant Agent for that purpose, upon surrender thereof for transfer properly endorsed or accompanied by appropriate instructions for transfer.
