Transferring this Agreement. This agreement is personal to you but please contact us if you want to transfer you SIM Card or Mobile Device. We can transfer this agreement to someone else if we give you written notice beforehand.
Transferring this Agreement. 21.1 We may transfer our rights and duties under this Agreement or arrange for any other person to carry out our rights and duties under this Agreement.

We have subcontracted the administration and management of the services we provide to iD Mobile (the “Manager”).
Transferring this Agreement. 14.1 You cannot transfer or try to transfer this Agreement or any part of it to anyone else without Our prior written consent.

Transferring this Agreement. We may transfer this Agreement to another Energy retailer by giving you notice. You may not transfer this Agreement to any other person or business. In the event Sponsor Energy is in material default of its obligations to the Supplier, the Supplier may assume this Agreement by giving you notice and accordingly your PAD information will be provided by Sponsor Energy to the Supplier.
Transferring this Agreement. 1. During the Term you may transfer this Agreement to a third party by submitting an Assignment form through your Dealer. The agreement can be transferred to a different organization if all prior license codes issued have been deactivated, by notifying John Deere (via the Xxxx Deere Dealer).
Transferring this Agreement. If you are the Owner and you sell or otherwise transfer the Premises, you are required to inform the transferee, at or before the effective date of the sale or transfer, of the existence of this Agreement and the rental Equipment installed in the Premises. We will permit the purchaser to assume your rights and obligations under this Agreement, effective from the date of sale, or other transfer, provided that (i) you or your representative notify the transferee in the sale or transfer agreement that the Equipment is rented and is subject to this Agreement, (ii) you or your representative advise us in advance of the transferee’s name and the intended date of sale or other transfer, (iii) you or your representative advise us in advance of the address and telephone number where you can be contacted after the date of sale or transfer, (iv) the transferee agrees in writing or by conduct with us to assume your obligations, and (v) you have paid us all amounts owing under this Agreement. Unless and until these conditions are satisfied, or unless Enercare otherwise waives any or all of these conditions, which we are under no obligation to do, you will remain responsible (individually or jointly and severally with the Lessee, as applicable) for the Equipment rental and your obligations under this Agreement, including making all rental payments. You hereby authorize us to respond to information requests relating to your account made by or on behalf of the transferee. We may also accept performance of your obligations (including payment obligations) from other parties (such as tenants) but will not be required to do so.
