Transferor’s Threshold Limitation. As provided in Section 9.3(b), the threshold dollar amount for the aggregate of claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs and expenses that must be incurred by Transferee before Transferor shall be obligated to indemnify Transferee. The Transferee’s Threshold Limitation shall be Fifty Thousand Dollars ($50,000) in the aggregate; provided, however, that for any individual item or series of related items, the Transferee’s Threshold Limitation shall be Ten Thousand Dollars ($10,000).
