Transferee ' s Remedies. In the Transferor shall fail to perform any of its obligations underethis Agreement, Transferee may institute such action against Transferor as Transferee may deem necessary to compel performance . In addition, Transferee shall have all of the rights and remedies conferred in this Agreement or now or hereafter conferred at law or in equity, which rights and remedies are cumulative.
