Transfer (Permanent) to Supervisory Position. A nurse who is permanently transferred to a supervisory or confidential position beyond the scope of this Agreement and is later transferred to a position within the scope of this Agreement shall retain the seniority previously acquired in the bargaining unit and shall have added thereto the seniority accumulated while serving in such position for a period not exceeding six (6) months. She shall retain her first date of hire with the Employer, however, for the calculation of the amount of monetary benefits to which she is entitled.

  • Procurement of Small Works Works estimated to cost less than $20,000 equivalent per contract, up to an aggregate amount not to exceed $96,000 equivalent, may be procured under lump-sum, fixed-price contracts awarded on the basis of quotations obtained from three (3) qualified domestic contractors in response to a written invitation.
