Transfer or Resale Sample Clauses
The Transfer or Resale clause defines the conditions under which a party may transfer or sell their rights or obligations under the agreement to another party. Typically, this clause outlines whether such transfers are permitted freely, require prior written consent, or are prohibited altogether. For example, it may allow a ticket holder to resell their ticket only through authorized channels, or restrict a contractor from assigning their duties to a subcontractor without approval. The core function of this clause is to maintain control over who is involved in the agreement, thereby protecting the interests of the original parties and preventing unwanted third-party involvement.
