Transfer of contractual status. Neither Party A nor Party B will transfer or otherwise dispose of, or have transferred to a third party, any of its status under this Agreement or any of its rights or obligations thereunder without the prior written consent of the other party.
Transfer of contractual status. 1. Party B will carry out the necessary procedures to transfer Party A’s contractual status to Party B by the Closing Date in accordance with this Succession Agreement.
2. With regard to the lease agreements in this succession agreement that require the payment of a security deposit and guarantee money, Party B will not succeed to the security deposit and guarantee money that Party A has deposited with the Lessor, but will instead deposit them anew with the Lessor.
