Transfer by us. We may assign any of our rights under this agreement. We may also transfer our obligations under this agreement to any third party provided we are reasonably satisfied that there will be no detriment to you in the transfer. You agree that we may disclose any information or documents we consider necessary to help us exercise any of these rights.

Transfer by us. We have the right to transfer or assign our rights or obligations under this Agreement to any person or entity and our interests will bind and inure to the benefit of any transferee, successor or assignee.

We shall have the right to assign this Agreement and all of our attendant rights and privileges to any person, firm, corporation or other entity provided that, with respect to any assignment resulting in the subsequent performance by the assignee of our functions: (i) the assignee shall, at the time of such assignment, be financially responsible and economically capable of performing our obligations; and (ii) the assignee shall expressly assume and agree to perform such obligations. You expressly affirm and agree that we may sell our assets, our rights to the Proprietary Marks or to the System outright to a third party; may go public; may engage in a private placement of some or all of our securities; may merge, acquire other corporations, or be acquired by another corporation; may undertake a refinancing, recapitalization, leveraged buyout or other economic or financial restructuring; and, with regard to any or all of the above sales, assignments and dispositions, you expressly and specifically waive any claims, demands or damages arising from or related to the loss of said Proprietary Marks (or any variation thereof) and/or the loss of association with or identification of “Kiosk Concepts, Inc.“ as Franchisor. Nothing contained in this Agreement shall require us to remain in the same business or to offer the same products and services, whether or not bearing the Proprietary Marks, in the event that we exercise our right to assign our rights in this Agreement.
Transfer by us. We may sell, assign, transfer, convey, give away, pledge, hypothecate, mortgage or otherwise encumber (“transfer”) all or any part of our rights, interests or obligations in this Agreement to any person or entity, who expressly assumes our obligations under this Agreement. After our transfer of this Agreement to a third party who expressly assumes the obligations under this Agreement, we no longer have any performance or other obligations under this Agreement.
Transfer by us. We may transfer this Agreement or any portion of it, or any or all of our rights, obligations or interests under it, without restriction. Upon any transfer or assignment of this Agreement by us, we shall be released from all obligations and liabilities arising or accruing in connection with this Agreement after the date of such transfer or assignment.
Transfer by us a) This Agreement and the sums payable by you under this Agreement may be transferred by us at any time (without your consent but not in such a way as to reduce any of your rights) before it ends either to another company in the Asto Group or to some other person, firm, company or other organisation.
Transfer by us. This Agreement inures to the benefit of our successors and assigns, and we may assign our rights to any person or entity that agrees in writing to assume all of our obligations. Upon transfer, we will have no further obligation under this agreement, except for any accrued liabilities.
