TRANSFER BY TRUST. If any transfer by the Optionee is by operation of law or by right of succession under a revocable trust, the transferees shall be obligated to make such transfers as shall reasonably be necessary, in the opinion of counsel for the Company, to avoid termination of the Company's status as an S Corporation.
