Common use of TRANSFER BY LESSOR Clause in Contracts

TRANSFER BY LESSOR. Lessor shall be free to transfer its fee interest in the Premises or any part thereof or interest therein, subject, however, to the terms of this Lease. Any such transfer shall relieve the transferor of all liability and obligation hereunder (to the extent of the interest transferred) accruing after the date of the transfer and any assignee shall be bound by the terms and provisions of this Lease.
