Common use of Transfer Assistance Clause in Contracts

Transfer Assistance. (Aca&Gen) C1 The following provisions apply to employees invited to transfer between the University’s Campuses/Sites on a long-term basis (where the distance between Campuses/Sites is more than 100 kilometres). The Employer has no obligation to offer, and the employee no obligation to accept, such a transfer. C2 Transfer will be by invitation of the Employer.
