Common use of Transfer and Exchange of Global Securities Clause in Contracts

Transfer and Exchange of Global Securities. (i) The transfer and exchange of Global Securities or beneficial interests therein shall be effected through the Depositary, in accordance with this Indenture (including applicable restrictions on transfer set forth herein, if any) and the procedures of the Depositary therefor. A transferor of a beneficial interest in a Global Security shall deliver a written order given in accordance with the Depositary’s procedures containing information regarding the participant account of the Depositary to be credited with a beneficial interest in such Global Security or another Global Security and such account shall be credited in accordance with such order with a beneficial interest in the applicable Global Security and the account of the Person making the transfer shall be debited by an amount equal to the beneficial interest in the Global Security being transferred.

Transfer and Exchange of Global Securities. (i) The transfer and exchange of Global Securities or beneficial interests therein shall be effected through the DepositaryDepository, in accordance with this Indenture (including applicable restrictions on transfer set forth herein, if any) and the procedures of the Depositary Depository therefor. A transferor of a beneficial interest in a Global Security shall deliver a written order given in accordance with the Depositary’s Depository's procedures containing information regarding the participant account of the Depositary Depository to be credited with a beneficial interest in such Global Security or another Global Security and such account shall be credited in accordance with such order with a beneficial interest in the applicable Global Security and the account of the Person making the transfer shall be debited by an amount equal to the beneficial interest in the Global Security being transferred.

Transfer and Exchange of Global Securities. A transferor of a beneficial interest in a Global Security shall deliver to the Registrar a written order given in accordance with the DepositaryDepository’s procedures containing information regarding the participant account of the Depositary Depository to be credited with a beneficial interest in such the Global Security or another Global Security and such account shall be credited Security. The Registrar shall, in accordance with such order with instructions instruct the Depository to credit to the account of the Person specified in such instructions a beneficial interest in the applicable Global Security and to debit the account of the Person making the transfer shall be debited by an amount equal to the beneficial interest in the Global Security being transferred.

(i) The transfer and exchange of Global Securities or beneficial interests therein shall be effected through the Depositary, Common Depositary in accordance with this Indenture (including applicable restrictions on transfer set forth herein, if any) and the procedures of the Depositary Euroclear or Clearstream, as applicable, therefor. A transferor of a beneficial interest in a Global Security shall deliver to the Registrar a written order order, given in accordance with the DepositaryEuroclear’s procedures or Clearstream’s procedures, as applicable, containing information regarding the participant account of the Depositary Euroclear or Clearstream, as applicable, to be credited with a beneficial interest in such the Global Security or another Global Security and such account shall be credited Security. The Registrar shall, in accordance with such order with instructions, instruct the Common Depositary to credit to the account of the Person specified in such instructions a beneficial interest in the applicable Global Security and to debit the account of the Person making the transfer shall be debited by an amount equal to the beneficial interest in the Global Security being transferred.

A transferor of a beneficial interest in a Global Security shall deliver a written order given in accordance with the Depositary’s 's procedures containing information regarding the participant account of the Depositary to be credited with a beneficial interest in such Global Security or another Global Security and such account shall be credited in accordance with such order with a beneficial interest in the applicable Global Security and the account of the Person making the transfer shall be debited by an amount equal to the beneficial interest in the Global Security being transferred.

A The transferor of a beneficial interest in a Global Security shall deliver to the Security Registrar a written order given in accordance with the Depositary’s 's procedures containing information regarding the participant account accounts of the Depositary to be debited and credited with a beneficial interest in such Global Security or another Global Security and such account shall be credited in accordance with such order with a beneficial interest in the applicable Global Security and the account of the Person making the transfer shall be debited by an amount equal to the beneficial interest in the Global Security being in connection with such transfer. The Security Registrar shall, in accordance with such instructions, instruct the Depositary to debit the participant account specified in such instructions from which such beneficial interest in the Global Security is to be transferred and to credit the participant account specified in such instructions to which such beneficial interest in the Global Security is to be transferred.

Transfer and Exchange of Global Securities.
