Common use of Transfer Agent Online Services Clause in Contracts

Transfer Agent Online Services. CFS provides Transfer Agent Online Services (“PAWeb”) as one of the CFS’s client services. Through PAWeb, Fund’s shareholders ‘shareholders can securely access real time account information, including the ability to review account information and initiate transaction requests. If selected by the Fund, the following functions may also be included as part of PAWeb.

Through PAWebPAPort, Fund’s shareholders ‘shareholders can securely access real time account information, including the ability to review account information and initiate transaction requests. If selected by the Fund, the following functions may also be included as part of PAWebPAPort.
