Common use of Transfer Agent Fees Clause in Contracts

Transfer Agent Fees. The Company shall pay all fees of its transfer agent in connection with the transactions contemplated by this Agreement, the exercise of the Warrants and the issuance of the Warrant Shares.

Transfer Agent Fees. The Company shall pay all fees of its and expenses payable to or incurred by the Company’s transfer agent in connection with the transactions preparation, delivery and certification of the definitive share certificates contemplated by this Agreement, Section 12 and the exercise fees and expenses payable to or incurred by such transfer agent in connection with such additional transfers required in the course of the Warrants and the issuance distribution of the Warrant SharesOffered Securities or Additional Securities.
