Transfer Agency. Section 3. The Fund shall furnish to the Agent, as Transfer Agent, a sufficient supply of blank Share Certificates and from time to time will renew such supply upon the request of the Agent. Such blank Share Certificates shall be signed manually or by facsimile signatures of officers of the Fund authorized by law or the bylaws of the Fund to sign Share Certificates and, if required, shall bear the corporate seal or a facsimile thereof.
