The Adviser and SubAdviser will cooperate with each other to ensure that portfolio securities or other transactions in progress at the date of termination of this Agreement shall be completed by the SubAdviser in accordance with the terms of such transactions, and to this end the SubAdviser shall provide the Adviser with all necessary information and documentation to secure the implementation thereof.
