Common use of Transaction Request Clause in Contracts

Transaction Request. To Seller’s Knowledge, as of the related Purchase Date, the information pertaining to each Mezzanine Loan which is set forth in the related Transaction Request delivered to Buyer is true and correct in all material respects as of the Purchase Date and contains all information required by the Agreement to be contained therein.

Transaction Request. To Seller’s Knowledge, as of the related Purchase Date, the information pertaining to each Mezzanine Loan which is set forth in the related Transaction Request delivered to Buyer Administrative Agent, on behalf of Buyers, is true and correct in all material respects as of the Purchase Date and contains all information required by the Agreement to be contained therein.
