Common use of Transaction Reports Clause in Contracts

Transaction Reports. On each business day Subadviser shall provide, or arrange transmission, to the Funds' custodian and the Funds’ administrator information relating to all transactions concerning the Funds' assets that is reasonably necessary to enable the Funds’ custodian and the Funds’ administrator to perform their respective duties with respect to the Funds, and shall provide Manager with such information upon Manager's request.

Transaction Reports. On each business day Subadviser shall provide, or arrange transmission, to the Funds' custodian and the Funds’ ' administrator information relating to all transactions concerning the Funds' assets that is reasonably necessary to enable the Funds’ ' custodian and the Funds’ ' administrator to perform their respective duties with respect to the Funds, and shall provide Manager with such information upon Manager's request.

On each business day Subadviser shall provide, or arrange transmission, provide to the Funds' custodian and the Funds’ ' administrator information relating to all transactions concerning the Funds' assets that is reasonably necessary to enable the Funds’ ' custodian and the Funds’ ' administrator to perform their respective duties with respect to the Funds, and shall provide Manager with such information upon Manager's request. The Subadviser shall not be responsible for providing fund administration services, such as fund accounting and tax services, to the Funds.

On each business day on which each Fund prices its shares, in accordance with its Registration Statement, Subadviser shall provide, or arrange transmission, provide to the Funds' ’ custodian and the Funds’ administrator information relating to all transactions concerning the Funds' each Fund’s assets that is reasonably necessary to enable the Funds’ custodian and the Funds’ administrator to perform their respective duties with respect to the Funds, and shall provide Manager with such information upon Manager's request. Under normal circumstances, trading information will be provided no less frequently than T+1.

On each business day Sub-Subadviser shall provide, or arrange transmission, provide to the Funds' custodian and the Funds’ ' administrator information relating to all transactions concerning the Funds' assets that is reasonably necessary to enable the Funds’ ' custodian and the Funds’ ' administrator to perform their respective duties with respect to the Funds, and shall provide Manager Subadviser with such information upon ManagerSubadviser's request.
