Common use of Transaction Procedures Clause in Contracts

Transaction Procedures. All transactions will be consummated by payment to or delivery by US Bank, or any successor custodian (the "Custodian"), or such depositories or agents as may be designated by the Custodian in writing, as custodian for the Trust, of all cash and/or securities due to or from the Fund, and Adviser shall not have possession or custody thereof. Adviser shall advise Custodian and confirm in writing to the Trust and to Ultimus Fund Solutions, LLC, or any other designated agent of the Trust, all investment orders for the Fund placed by it with brokers and dealers. Adviser shall issue to the Custodian such instructions as may be appropriate in connection with the settlement of any transaction initiated by the Adviser.
