Common use of Transaction Information Clause in Contracts

Transaction Information. Upon reasonable request, the Sub-Adviser shall furnish to the Adviser and the Trust such information concerning portfolio transactions as may be necessary to enable the Adviser, Trust or their designated agents to perform such compliance testing on the Fund and the Sub-Adviser's services as the Adviser and the Trust may, in their sole discretion, determine to be appropriate. The provision of such information by the Sub-Adviser to the Adviser, Trust or their designated agents in no way relieves the Sub-Adviser of its own responsibilities under this Agreement.
