Common use of Transaction Expense Amount Clause in Contracts

Transaction Expense Amount. Upon Closing, the Company shall pay Buyer’s legal counsel $12,500 to cover the Buyer’s legal fees and due diligence expenses incurred in connection herewith (the “Transaction Expense Amount”) pursuant to Section 4(e).
