Transaction Documents Not in Final Form. The Parties shall in good faith use their best efforts to agree on the final forms of all documents relating to the Transactions as soon as practical after the date hereof (and in any event prior to the Closing Date (as defined herein), other than the agreements listed under Section 2.5).
