TrakStar Computer. Distributor shall be responsible for obtaining and supplying to each purchaser of the NeuroStar Product a TrakStar Computer that is dedicated to use with the NeuroStar Product. Distributor may charge the customer whatever price it determines for the TrakStar Computer and, as between Distributor and Company, shall be solely responsible for all warranties and service with respect to the TrakStar Computer.
