Training Funds Set-Aside. Training funds available for participants referred to training under this Agreement are not included in Contractor’s budget. Payments to training providers are not Contractor’s responsibility. At the start of the fourth quarter (April 1), all remaining training funds will be consolidated into a single pot for distribution on a first come, first served basis to exhaust the remaining funds for the contract year.
