Training Fund. Contingent upon the Funds being jointly trusteed, the Employer shall contribute for each hour worked by each Employee the amount scheduled in accordance with the attached Appendices A through D and forming part of this Agreement, to the International Union of Operating Engineers , Local 870, to the Operating Engineers, Local 870, Training Fund Pension Plan. Such contributions are to be remitted not later than the fifteenth (15) day of the following month. Such deductions are made to the International Union of Operating Engineers, Training Trust Fund, Box 1112; Xxxxxxxxx, Xxxxxxxxxxxx; X0X 0X0.
