Common use of Training Fees Clause in Contracts

Training Fees. “Training Fees” shall refer to: - amounts calculated by multiplying Shiji's standard time-based charging rates (as notified by Xxxxx to the Client before the date of this Agreement) by the time spent by Xxxxx's personnel performing the Training Products; and - such amounts as may be agreed in writing by the parties from time to time;
