Training and Workshops. The Recipient shall ensure that in preparing any training or workshops proposed for inclusion in the Project under an Agreed Annual Work Plan it shall identify in the work plan: (a) the objective and content of the training or workshop envisaged; (b) the selection method of institutions or individuals conducting such training or workshop; (c) the expected duration and an estimate of the cost of said training or workshops; and (d) the personnel selected to attend the training or the workshop.

Training and workshops shall be carryied out on the basis of annual programs, which shall have been approved by the Association, and which shall, inter alia, identify: (a) the objective and content of training or workshop envisaged; (b) the personnel to attend the training or the workshop; (bc) the selection method of institutions conducting such training or the workshop; (cd) the expected duration of the proposed training or workshop; and (e) an estimate of the cost of said training or workshops; and (d) the personnel selected to attend the training or the workshop.
Training and Workshops. 1. The district agrees to pay drivers their normal rate of pay for training required every year in order to keep their driver certificates current.

Each employee who is required in writing by the Board or administration to take training or workshop courses to improve his/her job performance and skills, shall have his/her fees and other expenses paid by the Board. Such expenses shall be limited to transportation, registration, required lodging, and required materials and meals as approved in advance by the Board or designee. If the workshop is outside of regular working hours, i.e., Saturday or during the summer, employees will be paid their regular hourly rate, including drive time from their building, for the numbers of hours agreed upon in advance and in writing by the Board or designee.

Several types of training are offered. • In-class training - for students taking classes that will be using the LMS • Drop-in visits - in the Moodle Office at Library 315 • One-on-one training - by appointment in faculty offices or other locations • Remote - for those XXX personnel working off-campus, training is provided via screen-sharing software and/or web conferencing • Small group training (2-4 people) - by arrangement in the Moodle office or other locations • Department and larger group workshops (15-30 people) - hands-on training by arrangement
