TRAINING AND MARKETING SUPPORT. We will provide you at no cost 1 training day for physician VASER-certification training and staff in-service training. Additional training/in-service days may be provided at a cost of $(***) per day. In addition, we will provide VASER-certified physicians and one of your staff representatives admittance to VASER user meetings. We will provide you with marketing support including a didactic CD; marketing materials as they become available from us; and the use (subject to our approval of the manner of use) of the VASER logo and “VASER-certified” label, provided that you maintain at your facility at all times at least one responsible representative who has completed required VASER certification training.

TRAINING AND MARKETING SUPPORT. Eco Innovative Illumination will provide Dealer with training materials and such quantities of its product advertising and promotional materials for Dealer’s use as Eco Innovative Illumination deems reasonably appropriate for Dealer’s performance under this agreement subject to availability.

  • Marketing Support At no additional cost, Planet Payment will provide such marketing support as Acquirer may reasonably require in connection with marketing the Acquirer Program to Merchants, including but not limited to:

  • Sales and Marketing Subdistributor shall market, promote, and solicit orders for the Products to prospective and existing Customers (excluding the Excluded Customers) consistent with good business practice and the highest professional standards in the industry, in each case using its best efforts to maximize Product sales volume in the Territory in accordance with Distributor’s Product marketing strategies, channel and pricing guidelines, and sales policies, and in a manner that reflects favorably at all times on the Products and the good name, goodwill, and reputation of Distributor;

  • Promotion and Marketing For the purpose of promotion and marketing, the Borrower hereby authorizes and consents to the reproduction, disclosure and use by the Lenders and the Agent of its name, identifying logo and the Facilities, provided that the amount of Facilities shall not be disclosed. The Borrower acknowledges and agrees that the Lenders shall be entitled to determine, in their sole discretion, whether to use such information; that no compensation will be payable by the Lenders or the Agent in connection therewith; and that the Lenders and the Agent shall have no liability whatsoever to it or any of its employees, officers, directors, affiliates or shareholders in obtaining and using such information as contemplated herein.

  • Training and Promotion a. The contractor will assist in locating, qualifying, and increasing the skills of minorities and women who are applicants for employment or current employees. Such efforts should be aimed at developing full journey level status employees in the type of trade or job classification involved.

  • Training and Support Licensor shall offer installation support to the Licensee and each of the Members, including assisting with the implementation of any Licensor software. Licensor will provide appropriate training to Licensee and Member staff relating to the use of the Licensed Materials and any Licensor software.   • Marketing Services The Manager shall provide advice and assistance in the marketing of the Vessels, including the identification of potential customers, identification of Vessels available for charter opportunities and preparation of bids.
