Training and Help System (THS) Sub-System. THS shall walk the operator through the steps necessary to operate OBD, PAMS and MRES. Critical mission threads of OBD, PAMS and MRES shall be created within THS to train warfighter operators. THS shall be interfaced to the JCCS terminal for display purposes only. THS shall have a one-way interface with the JCCS display. JCCS authentication, confidentiality and non-repudiation procedures apply.

  • Drug and Alcohol Testing – Safety-Sensitive Functions A. Employees required to have a Commercial Driver’s License (CDL) are subject to pre-employment, post-accident, random and reasonable suspicion testing in accordance with the U.S. Department of Transportation rules, Coast Guard Regulations (46 CFR Part 16) or the Federal Omnibus Transportation Employee Testing Act of 1991. The testing will be conducted in accordance with current Employer policy.

  • Training and Promotion a. The contractor will assist in locating, qualifying, and increasing the skills of minorities and women who are applicants for employment or current employees. Such efforts should be aimed at developing full journey level status employees in the type of trade or job classification involved.
