TRAINING AND CONFERENCES. When Employees are scheduled to undergo training or conferences their work hours per week will not exceed their regularly scheduled work hours. Tuition for coursework will be reimbursed depending on the current year’s available funding, with receipt and prior approval by the Library Employer. Travel time, to and from conference and training, makes up regularly scheduled work hours. Studying for coursework is unpaid.
