Trainee. 2.2 The parties agree that any employee whose work is covered by the coverage clause of this agreement (clause 2.1 above), who is engaged by the employer after the date this agreement comes into effect shall be offered information about becoming a member of the union. Further to this, the provisions of Section 62 of the Employment Relations Xxx 0000 shall apply.
