Common use of Trainee Supervision Clause in Contracts

Trainee Supervision. Notwithstanding anything contained in clause 87 (Trainee Supervision), any trainee may, due to medical emergency, be required to work reasonable overtime or shift duty at the discretion of the Employer. Such overtime or shift duty will be subject to the rates and/or allowances provided elsewhere in the Agreement.

Trainee Supervision.
