Common use of Traffic Clause in Contracts

Traffic. The contractor agrees to comply, and agrees to require that all of its personnel will comply with all posted traffic signs, signals and instructions of personnel assigned for traffic control and parking purposes and with the provisions of the NASA Xxxxx Research Center Safety Manual (GLM-QSA-1700.1), Chapter 19, Vehicle & Pedestrian Safety, incorporated herein by reference and made a part hereof.
