Traffic Factors. Pursuant to Section 5.5 of the Agreement, the Parties agree to apply the following initial default percentages of traffic distribution for purposes of applying usage pursuant to this Agreement: • Mobile to Land Traffic (IntraMTA) Telecommunications Traffic 98% 70% InterMTA Traffic 2% • Land to Mobile Traffic (IntraMTA) 30 % Telecommunications Traffic 100% The above factors will be applied to the traffic recorded by [LEC] (direct interconnection) and to the traffic transiting through any third-party tandem switch (indirect interconnection). The number of InterMTA Traffic minutes resulting from application of the above InterMTA Traffic factor, shall have sixty percent (60%) billed according to LEC’s intrastate access services tariff and forty percent (40%) shall be billed according to LEC’s interstate access services tariff. Traffic Factors. Subject to revision pursuant to Section 5.5 above, the Parties agree that the following initial default factors shall be used for purposes of applying charges and determining each Party’s proportionate share of traffic pursuant to this Agreement: • Mobile to Land Traffic 78% Telecommunications Traffic 98% Intrastate Inter-MTA 1% Interstate Inter-MTA 1% • Land to Mobile Traffic 22% Telecommunications Traffic 100% Factors described herein are initial factors and may be updated pursuant to terms and methods described in Section 5.5 of this Agreement. Appendix B Schedule of Charges Pursuant to the Agreement for Facilities-Based Network Interconnection for Transport and Termination of Telecommunications Traffic CMRS-LEC AGREEMENT This Exhibit specifies the rates for the transport and termination of specific traffic delivered by one Party to the network of the other Party and the charges for other services pursuant to the Agreement for Facilities-Based Network Interconnection for Transport and Termination of Telecommunications Traffic (CMRS-LEC Agreement) between TGTC and CINGULAR as follows:
Traffic Factors. 30% Land to Mobile Traffic Factor 70% Mobile to Land Traffic Factor 100% Total 2-way Usage The Traffic Factors describe the level of local usage originating from one Party and terminating to the other Party as a percentage of total 2-way Local Traffic exchanged between the Parties. For example, a Mobile to Land Traffic Factor of 70% would mean that, of total 2-way Local Traffic MOUs exchanged between CenturyTel and VZW, 70% originated from a VZW wireless end user customer and terminated to a CenturyTel end user customer. These factors are used to apportion flat rated Direct Interconnection Facilities between the Parties and may be used where needed as a billing surrogate for Local Network Usage. These factors are subject to change based upon mutually accepted traffic data as provided in Section 5.2. If factors are not updated semi-annually, the Parties shall use the last previously established factors. Either measurement that is available (land-to-mobile or mobile-to-land) may be used to calculate the Local Network Usage. The measurement that is available will be dividied by the percentage it represents (mobile-to-land by 70% and land-to-mobile by 30%) to arrive at a quotient representing the total of 100%. The original/actual measurement available will then be subtracted from the quotient to arrive at the Local Network Usage that cannot be measured. If the Parties are using factors they may mutually agree to have CenturyTel net the xxxx (xxxx the mobile-to-land less the land-to-mobile) or VZW may use the xxxx it receives from CenturyTel to calculate its xxxx to CenturyTel, in which case the VZW xxxx will lag the CenturyTel xxxx by 30 days.
Traffic Factors. The Parties agree that HTC’s traffic originating from or ACC of KENTUCKY traffic terminating to HTC’s network delivered over these facilities shall be measured, and the Parties will apply the following initial percentages of traffic distribution for purposes of applying charges pursuant to this Agreement absent actual measurements or study-based percentages including but not limited to study-based percentages based on the relative number (either in terms of actual calls of minutes of use) of total mobile to land calls originated by ACC of Kentucky and total land to mobile calls terminated by ACC of Kentucky during a reasonable test period (e.g., one week) at ACC of Kentucky’s MTSO located in Richmond, KY. Subject to reasonable and verifiable objections by HTC, such study-based percentages, if any, shall be used for purposes of applying charges and determining each Party’s proportionate share of traffic pursuant to this Agreement: • Mobile to Land Traffic Telecommunications Traffic 96.50% 72% IntraStateInterMTA 1.0% InterstateInterMTA 2.5% • Land to Mobile Traffic 28 % Telecommunications Traffic 100.00% Appendix B Schedule of Charges Pursuant to the Agreement for Facilities-Based Network Interconnection for Transport and Termination of Telecommunications Traffic CMRS-LEC AGREEMENT This Exhibit specifies the rates for the transport and termination of specific traffic delivered by one Party to the network of the other Party and the charges for other services pursuant to the Agreement for Facilities-Based Network Interconnection for Transport and Termination of Telecommunications Traffic (CMRS-LEC Agreement) between HTC and ACC of Kentucky as follows:

Traffic Factors. Because CTTC cannot determine the location of NEXTEL’s mobile end users at the time a land-to-mobile call is made and consequently whether traffic originated on the network of CTTC is IntraMTA or InterMTA, CTTC will deliver land-to-mobile traffic to NEXTEL described in 1.1.3 over the IntraMTA trunk group facilities used for traffic described in 1.1.1 and 1.1.2 or the third party arrangement with other LECs in the Philadelphia LATA as set forth in Appendix A.
