Common use of Trading Markets Clause in Contracts

Trading Markets. The shares of Common Stock are trading on the OTC Markets Group Inc. PINK Trading Market (subject to any volume restrictions set forth in the Note) and all of the shares issuable pursuant to the Transaction Documents are listed or quoted for trading on such Trading Market (and the Company believes, in good faith, that trading of the shares of Common Stock on such Trading Market will continue uninterrupted for the foreseeable future). The Company shall use its best efforts to ensure that such shares continue, without limitation, to be listed or quoted for trading on such Trading Market.

Trading Markets. The shares of Common Stock are trading on the OTC Markets Group Inc. PINK Trading Pink Open Market (subject to any volume restrictions set forth in the Note) and all of the shares issuable pursuant to the Transaction Documents are listed or quoted for trading on such Trading Market (and the Company believes, in good faith, that trading of the shares of Common Stock on such Trading Market will continue uninterrupted for the foreseeable future). The Company shall use its best efforts to ensure that such shares continue, without limitation, to be listed or quoted for trading on such a Trading Market.

The Company shall use its best efforts to ensure that such shares continue, without limitation, to be listed or quoted for trading on such Trading Market.
