TRADESMAN. All employees occupying positions allocated to the above classes of employment who do not possess a current valid Journeyman Certificate related to their work assignment shall receive the Tradesman hourly rate of pay applicable to their class of employment. LETTER OF UNDERSTANDING J WORKLOAD TASK FORCE The Workload Task Force recommendations of April will be implemented and assessed as directed by the Board of Governors. By September one (1) day per area will be used for a Workload Assessment session between faculty and their supervisor to review and assess workload from the previous academic year and allocate workload for the next academic year. Any disputes will be settled through the Workload Review Process outlined in Section 111-E of the Workload Task Force Report. By January a Workload Review and Assessment Committee will be established to determine the efficacy of the Workload Task Force Model. This committee shall be composed of members, three of which are to be appointed by the employer and the Union respectively. One member from each side shall be included from the original Workload Task Force. The shall determine its procedures, which shall be established by mutual agreement between the representatives. The chair of the committee shall rotate between the parties, and the chair shall have voice and vote. The committee shall conduct such hearings, investigations, meetings, reviews and consultations as are necessary to determine the effectiveness of the Workload Task Force Model.   • Overtime Banking Employees desiring to bank overtime may elect to do so under the following criteria: * The half time associated to overtime may be banked up to a total of 24 hours per calendar year. This limit may be replenished throughout the year. * Banked time must be taken in full day increments or the employee may elect to receive the pay. * Employees must have cleared or be scheduled to clear their hours account by December 15. If the account is not cleared then the employee will be paid the balance in cash. * Payment will be based on the current rate of pay at the time the banked time is used. * Time off must be requested in advance, unless bona fide illness.
