TradeRev follows the National Auto Auction Association (“NAAA”) Arbitration Policy as amended or updated and applies as if it was recited at length in these Terms and Conditions. In addition, the supplementary arbitration rules set out in these Terms and Conditions apply to all vehicles offered for sale through the TradeRev System. If there is a conflict between the NAAA Arbitration Policy and these Terms and Conditions, these Terms and Conditions shall prevail to the extent of the inconsistency.
