Common use of Trade Name Clause in Contracts

Trade Name. Executive shall not, directly or by assisting others, own, manage, operate, join, control or participate in the ownership, management, operation or control of, or be connected in any manner with, any business conducted under any corporate or trade name of the Employer or any of its affiliates or name similar thereto, without the prior written consent of the Employer.

Trade Name. Executive shall will not, directly or by assisting othersothers (except on behalf of the Company and its affiliates), own, manage, operate, join, control control, consult or participate in the ownership, management, operation or control of, of any entity or be connected in any manner with, any business conducted venture that conducts Business under any corporate or trade name of the Employer or any of its affiliates or name similar theretoCompany, without the prior written consent of the EmployerCompany.
