Trade Mark Rules definition

Trade Mark Rules means the proposed rules lodged with the Trade Marks Office in respect of trade mark application no. 2253128, and any other proposed or issued CTM rules lodged with the Trade Mark, as varied from time to time;
Trade Mark Rules means the CTM rules in respect of trade marks no. 1497148 and no. 1508439, and any other proposed or issued CTM rules lodged with the Trade Mark, as varied from time to time;

  • Internet Domain Names means all rights, title and interests (and all related IP Ancillary Rights) arising under any Requirement of Law in or relating to Internet domain names.

  • Anti-Bribery Laws means the anti-bribery provisions of the Foreign Corrupt Practices Act of 1977, as amended, and all other applicable anti-corruption and bribery Laws (including the U.K. Xxxxxxx Xxx 0000, and any rules or regulations promulgated thereunder or other Laws of other countries implementing the OECD Convention on Combating Bribery of Foreign Officials).
