Trade-In. The COUNTY may trade-in equipment when making purchases under the Agreement. A trade-in will be negotiated between the COUNTY and the CONTRACTOR. The COUNTY is obligated to actively seek current fair market value when trading equipment, and to keep accurate records of the process.
