TOXIC SUBSTANCES. A.18.6.1 Employees using toxic substances or materials of a like nature will be paid 65 cents per hour extra. Employees working in close proximity to employees so engaged will be paid 53 cents per hour extra. This allowance will be adjusted annually on 1 March (2010-2011) based on the December to December Consumer Price Index of the previous year from the Australian Bureau of Statistics (all groups, Melbourne).
